This policy explains your right to withdraw from a purchase (the EU 14-day right), how to return a bag, how refunds work, and what to do if a bag is faulty. It does not limit any right you have under the law.
1. Your right to withdraw: 14 days
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a person you name (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods in one order and they arrive separately, the period ends 14 days after you receive the last item.
2. How to withdraw
To withdraw, tell us clearly that you have decided to withdraw. You can do this in any of these ways:

- use the model withdrawal form at the end of this policy (you do not have to use it).
Please include your name, your order number and the items you are returning. You meet the deadline if you send your message before the 14-day period ends. When you use the online form or email, we confirm receipt by email without undue delay.
3. Your refund
If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost (not any extra cost if you chose a more expensive delivery method than our cheapest standard delivery). We refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we are told of your decision to withdraw.
We refund using the same payment method you used, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not pay any fees for the refund.
We may hold back the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
4. Sending the goods back
Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day you tell us you are withdrawing, to:

You meet the deadline if you send the goods before the 14-day period ends. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. In practice: check the bag the way you would in a shop (open it, look inside, pack it to try the size), but do not use it for travel, and keep the labels on.
5. Faulty or wrong goods: your legal guarantee
Every bag we sell comes with the legal guarantee under EU and Estonian law: we are responsible for any lack of conformity (a fault, or the goods not matching their description) that exists when the goods are delivered and shows within at least two years of delivery. You are then entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced free of charge, or, where the law allows, to a price reduction or a full refund.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, contact us with your order number and, if possible, a photo. We pay the cost of returning faulty or wrong goods.
6. If you are not happy with how we handled your request
Please contact us first; we want to put things right. If we cannot agree, you can apply free of charge to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon), run by the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority: ttja.ee/tarbijavaidluste-komisjon. Applications are made in Estonian. You can also go to court.
