These terms apply to every purchase from sizerlane.com. Please read them before you order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law.
1. Who we are
sizerlane.com is run by Sizerlane OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia, registry code 17613669, registered address [TO FILL]. Sizerlane OÜ is not registered for VAT (Business Register, checked 10.10.2026). Email: [TO FILL: contact address @sizerlane.com].
2. Our products
We sell cabin bags made for the free underseat allowance on low-cost flights. Each product page shows the bag's main characteristics, including its measured outside dimensions and empty weight. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the real product.
Airline rules. Each airline sets and enforces its own size limits, which differ by fare and change over time. We are not linked to any airline. We tell you the bag's real size; whether an airline accepts a bag as a free item is the airline's decision. Please check your airline's current limit before you fly.
3. Prices
All prices are final prices in euros. Sizerlane OÜ is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged or shown on prices, order confirmations or invoices. Delivery costs are shown before you place your order. Nothing is added after you place your order.
4. Your order and the contract
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. The contract is made when we send you an email confirming your order. If we cannot accept your order (for example, because the item is no longer available), we tell you and refund any payment straight away.
Before you pay, you can check and correct your order at checkout. Ordering means you agree to pay. The contract language is English.
5. Payment
You can pay with the methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place the order.
6. Delivery
We deliver to the EU countries listed at checkout. Delivery times and costs are explained in our shipping policy. We deliver within 30 days of the contract at the latest. The goods travel at our risk until they reach you.
7. Your right to withdraw
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. How this works, including the model withdrawal form, is in our returns and refund policy. You can also use our online withdrawal form.
8. Legal guarantee
You have a legal guarantee of at least two years from delivery for any lack of conformity of the goods. Details are in our returns and refund policy.
9. Liability
We are liable under the law for the goods we sell. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where the law does not allow it.
10. Personal data
How we use your personal data is explained in our privacy policy.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Estonian law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first. If we cannot agree, you can apply free of charge to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon): ttja.ee/tarbijavaidluste-komisjon (applications in Estonian). As a consumer, you can also bring a claim before the courts of the EU country where you live.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on the site when you placed it.
