We deliver to addresses in the European Union. The countries you can choose are listed at checkout.
What delivery costs
The delivery cost for your address is shown at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards. There are no customs duties on deliveries within the EU.
How long it takes
Your order is packed and shipped from our supplier's warehouse in the EU. Typical delivery time: [TO FILL once courier terms are confirmed]. Your order is delivered within 30 days of purchase at the latest. If we cannot deliver within that time, we tell you, and you may cancel for a full refund.
Tracking
When your parcel leaves the warehouse, we email you the tracking details.
Something wrong with your delivery?
If your parcel is late, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us. Until the parcel reaches you, it travels at our risk.
Returns
